New Open-box - These are brand new devices which have had the packaging opened for some reason a common example is an item that has been returned within 14 days the product has been inspected and is in like new condition with original packaging but has been opened this condition is a cheaper alternative to buying new and is like new.

Excellent Condition - Is an item that is in really good condition, the device will look cosmetically like new but may contain minor imperfections such as light scratches, not visible from 20cm away the device battery health will be 85% or higher.

Good Condition - A Good condition device is an item thats still in good condition but not the best, it is a device that will contain some signs of use such as light to medium scratches, but nothing major the device battery health will be 83% or higher.

Used Condition - A used condition device is the lowest grade we sell this means the item will contain major cosmetic imperfections such as deep scratching, chips and light dents. This is ideal for someone looking to purchase a fully working product but isn't too concerned with how the device looks cosmetically, the device battery health will be 80% or higher.
