Warranty Information

In this section you can find information regarding our warranty Policies, this explains how long products are covered and what is covered.

Brand New Products - Brand new sealed items are covered by the manufacturer for there specified warranty period this is usually 12 months but in some cases can be more or less, this covers manufacturing faults only.

Refurbished Products - Products that have been Renewed or Refurbished by us are covered under warranty against any manufacturing defects that may occur for 12 months.

What is not covered by our Refurbished Product Warranty

  • Any accidental damage i.e drops, knocks etc.
  • Damage caused by liquid exposure.
  • Damage caused by a third party.
  • Any Attempts to be repaired or disassembled for any reason by anyone other than us.
  • Screen aging such as screen burn or faded pixels developing.
  • Battery Capacity degradation.
  • Any attempt to modify a device physically or on a software level will void warranty.
  • Devices that have not been properly maintained i.e dirt buildup in devices may void warranty.

 

Repairs

We are confident with the high quality service of repairs we provide and because of this all repairs provided by us include a 3 month Warranty (Please note liquid damaged devices will not include a warranty due to the nature of liquid damaged products developing multiple faults).

What is not covered by our Repair Warranty and what will Void it.

  • Any accidental damage
  • Liquid damaged devices
  • Return to base shipping buyer must pay Return shipping
  • Damage caused by a third party attempting repairs or attempting any action that requires disassembling the device.
  • Removal of our warranty stickers from the device will void warranty.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Starting a warranty claim is easy simply email us at info@wzrdtech.com provide your order number and let us know which sales channel you used for example in-store, our website, ebay etc we will then contact you and let you know the next steps.
